Another plant modeled using the scans I made back in May this year. I had an enormous amount of fun creating the membrane from which the leaves emerge and stacking the stems into rows. What's also super interesting is that it's a praying plant species that exhibits nyctinastic movement, where its leaves fold upward at night. This movement is believed to help the plant optimize light capture during the day and possibly protect against nighttime herbivores or damage.
